• Recommends an attorney (or escrow agent) who will charge a preferred fee for closing services

Your company’s Relocation Counselor makes the necessary arrangements:

• Refers your transferred employee and family to mortgage lenders to pre-qualify them for a mortgage
• Advises them of their borrowing power
• Helps them obtain a mortgage at the most favorable rate and terms (with a free interest-rate lock)
• Expedites mortgage processing
• Sets up a convenient local closing
